How long do assignments last?
No two assignments are identical. The needs of our partners determine the length of the assignment. Tecspirit offers both long-term and short-term projects. From long-term appointments with 40-hour work weeks to part-time or occasional positions, we strive to match your availability to the needs of our customers.

What happens to my resume when I submit it to Tecspirit staffing?
After receiving your resume, a technical recruiter will get in touch with you within 24 hours. Your technical recruiter will schedule a meeting/call to review your background and criteria, and develop a plan to meet your specific needs.
Can you help me when my assignment nears the end?
Tecspirit stays actively engaged throughout your assignment and beyond. As your project ends, our dedicated redeployment team of recruiters will work continuously to market the skills you have gained and help you find your next great opportunity.
How and when am I paid?
Tecspirit staffing makes bi-weekly payments to contract employees. Typically, contract employees are paid based on the number of hours worked and the position’s pay rate. In some cases, contract employees are paid a salary. Direct placement employees are paid following our customer's payroll policies.
Do you offer internships?
